Terms governing access to partner perks, ecosystem offers, and third-party provider benefits that may be made available to eligible BdsVC portfolio companies.

General Disclaimer

Partner perks and offers are provided by third-party providers.
Partner perks are intended for eligible BdsVC portfolio companies after investment and are not offered as a general community, event, or inbound applicant benefit.
All perks are subject to availability, eligibility, and the provider's applicable terms.
All final perk approvals, reviews, and benefit decisions rest with the respective provider.
BdsVC does not guarantee approval, continuation, specific credit amounts, or ongoing access to any partner benefit.

Partner Perk Policy

These terms explain how ecosystem offers, discounts, cloud credits, and partner benefits may be made available to eligible BdsVC portfolio companies.
Access to partner perks may be limited to eligible portfolio companies and may depend on separate approval, onboarding, account verification, geography restrictions, funding stage requirements, or other criteria determined by the respective provider.
Eligibility for one benefit does not guarantee eligibility for another benefit.
Benefit values, credit amounts, discount percentages, offer durations, renewal terms, and redemption mechanics may change at any time based on provider policies.
All final approvals and benefit decisions are made by the respective provider. BdsVC does not control provider pricing, approval decisions, renewal decisions, or continuation of any offer.
Each portfolio company is responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable third-party provider terms, using partner offers lawfully, and ensuring that any information submitted in connection with those offers is complete and accurate.
Misuse, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with provider terms may result in denied access, suspended access, or revoked benefits.
BdsVC may help facilitate introductions, referrals, or activation support where relevant, but does not warrant availability, uninterrupted access, provider participation, or commercial outcomes resulting from any partner perk.
BdsVC reserves the right to modify, remove, or discontinue references to any partner perk from this page at any time. Inclusion of a provider or offer on this page does not create any independent right, entitlement, or contractual claim against BdsVC.
Partner providers may impose their own onboarding documentation, compliance review, technical review, or commercial screening requirements before granting any benefit. Portfolio companies are solely responsible for satisfying those requirements within any timelines specified by the provider.
Any taxes, third-party fees, subscription charges, usage overages, renewal charges, or ancillary costs arising from the use of a partner benefit remain the responsibility of the portfolio company unless the relevant provider expressly states otherwise in writing.
BdsVC makes no representation that any listed partner perk is suitable for a particular company, business model, technical environment, geography, or regulatory context. Portfolio companies should independently evaluate whether a given partner offer is appropriate for their business.
Where a partner provider suspends, denies, limits, or terminates an offer, access, or benefit, BdsVC shall have no liability for that decision or for any resulting business interruption, commercial loss, or operational impact.
By applying for or using any partner perk referenced by BdsVC, the portfolio company acknowledges that the relevant provider's terms, policies, and approval process will govern the final outcome of that application or benefit request.
