Foundation
BdsVC founded with a bold vision to empower early-stage founders building transformative companies across technology and innovation sectors.
Fund I First Close
Launched Fund I with a $2M fund size and began early investments across AI, HealthTech, and FinTech.
Fund II First Close
Expanded the platform with Fund II at $6M and broadened portfolio support capabilities.
Fund III First Close
Raised Fund III at $12M and accelerated deployment into high-growth technology verticals.
Fund IV Expansion
Fund IV scaled with first and second close activity, taking platform AUM to approximately $50M.
Fund V Progress
Fund V first close and annual update expanded total AUM from $50M to $110M by December 2025.
Fund VI First Close
On March 1, 2026, Fund VI first close took BdsVC's total Assets Under Management to $200M+.
